Early Interventionist
Hi! My name is Charon Davila, an Early Interventionist at the Bright Start MIdlands Office. I received my associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Sandhills Community College and received my BA in Liberal Arts and Professional Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Prior to coming on board with Bright Start, I was a preschool teacher for a number of years. I developed a love and passion for teaching in my time at Partnership for Children, a non-profit organization in NC, with programs focused on early childhood development. I felt it was time to branch out and “teach” at a different capacity by working alongside families and providing them with the necessary skills, resources, and tools to gain confidence in helping their child reach pivotal milestones. I love a good romance novel and will occasionally binge a series on Netflix. I also love to try new foods, a good cup of coffee and spending time with my family!
