Hello, my name is Candy Atkins. I retired after twenty-five years in law enforcement. During my time as an agent, I specialized in vulnerable adult abuse, neglect and exploitation cases. I hold a bachelor's degree in Sociology and a master's in Public Administration. I am so excited to continue my passion of empowering and assisting others through Bright Start!
