Hello, my name is Melinda Rutkowski, and I am a Case Management Administrator at Bright Start. I am originally from the Midwest and attended Concordia University Wisconsin. I relocated to Rock Hill to be closer to my family. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and being outdoors. Serving others has always been my passion, and I am thrilled to be a part of Bright Start.
