Case Manager
My name is Patty Wesley. I was born and raised on John's Island in Charleston, SC. I am a beach girl at heart! I am a graduate of The College of Charleston with a degree in Elementary Education. I have been working with children and families since 1996 starting as a Case Manager with the Department of Social Services. I began working as a Case Manager with the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs in 2018. I love serving children and families and assisting them however I can, to assist them in reaching their goals and their full potential. In my spare time I enjoy traveling and spending time with my 4 sweet grandbabies! I am so excited to be a part of the Bright Start family!
