Hello, my name is Sofia Carey. I am originally from Michigan and received by bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University. I moved to South Carolina 10 years ago with my husband and 2 daughters. I have worked with children in many settings: psychiatric hospital, foster care, and most recently school. My parents were born and raised in Italy, so I am fluent in Italian. I am looking forward to being a part of the amazing Bright Start team!
