Early Intervention Supervisor
Hello Everyone! My name is Michelle Tarpley and I am an Early Interventionist. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Southern Wesleyan University. At a young age, I knew I had a passion for helping children and people. I started my journey with children after I graduated from high school in 2011. I started my journey as an Early Education Teacher, then grew a passion for children with disabilities. I became a Registered Behavior Technician and worked with children on the Autism Spectrum for 5 years. I was blessed with an opportunity to work with at risk children, which furthered my knowledge in mental illnesses and disabilities. Once I received my bachelor’s degree, I knew that I wanted to start my career as an Early Interventionist. When I was given the opportunity to work with Bright Start, I knew God blessed me with an amazing company. I am excited to work for Bright Start in Charleston and continue to pursue my passion of helping children and their families. In my spare time, I love reading books, writing, playing with my dog-Bentley, and going to the gym.
