Case Management Supervisor
Hello! My name is Justine Shulters and I am a case manager with Bright Start. I am a Tennessee native but have lived in the great state of South Carolina since 2017. I graduated from The University of Tennessee at Martin with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. I am lucky enough to have realized my passion for my chosen career field really early on. I have been working with the special needs community since I was in college and have served individuals and their families in varying roles. I began case management in November of 2020 and I am passionate about serving the midlands community that I have grown to love so much. My biggest passion lies within advocating for access to services for individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential and to live the best quality of life that they can. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with Bright Start and serve individuals and their families while pursuing my passions of advocacy work.
