Early Intervention Supervisor
Hello all! I’m Joyce Bryngelson, and I have the privilege of serving families in the low country of South Carolina with Bright Start as an Early Interventionist and Service Coordinator. I believe that education is truly the foundation of our future, and that every child should be invested in. Children facing developmental delays, disabilities and the challenges families encounter in navigating available resources must certainly be invested in equitably as valuable members of our communities. This conviction inspires me to apply my skills as an educator and advocate for these families and children. As a native of the greater Charleston area, it’s truly special to me that I get to invest in families in our community. With Bright Start, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside parents and their children to build teams of therapist, teachers, and other developmental professionals that work together to identify the developmental needs of each individual child and build strategies with families to meet each little one where they are and grow them to achieve their goals. Children with developmental delays and/or diagnosed disabilities have shown me over and over that with the right support their little minds and bodies can grow and learn, so they are able to live full and joyful lives where they continue to grow and learn. It’s been an honor to work alongside each kiddo and family that’s come into my path at Bright Start, and I look forward to each opportunity to serve children and their families in my future with Bright Start.
