Health Care Premium Assistance Program
Please see the attached flyer for the Premium Assistance Program through the Cooperative Ministry. An anonymous donor made a very large contribution to help people pay the premiums with the Affordable Health Care Act and will contribute again next year if all the money is used by the end of this year. Currently, there is a lot of money still there and this is not need based. Please pass this on.
