Expectional Citizens Day at the SC State Fair!

Thursday, October 18th is Exceptional Citizens Day at the SC State Fair!! Permanently disabled individuals and one guest will be admitted to the fair free of charge all day. The fair is located at 1200 Rosewood Drive, in Columbia, South Carolina.
