Come Sign With Me Club!

Jill Eversmann of SPEECH SIGNS, LLC is offering a Come Sign With Me club for kids in Kindergarten-3rd Grade on Tuesdays at 5 PM at 703 Clemson Road in NE Columbia (the new ARK Therapeutic Services building). The club will begin on September 10th; no monthly commitment or fee is required until October. Club meetings will include ASL signs, letters, and numbers as well as Signing Time songs and activities. Over 300 signs will be included in the 16 unit program. ASL has been shown to help aid children with spelling, language, and literacy skills. Benefits have also been found due to extra visual, motor, and tactile-kinesthetic that sign language provides.
