Angelman Syndrome Foundation Walk a Thon

Angelman Syndrome (AS) is a rare genetic disorder which results in cognitive and motor delays, absent speech, and epilepsy. The Angelman Syndrome Foundation will host a Walk a Thon on Saturday, May 18th at Saluda Shoals Park in Columbia. Registration for this event is free. You may set up a fundraising page for this event, but it is not required to for the walk. However, it is very much appreciated as the funds go to directly supporting individuals with Angelman syndrome and their families, and to supporting essential research projects aimed at finding a cure.
