Upcoming Public Meetings-Home and Community Based Services
SC Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) is holding Public Meetings to describe what the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) rule is about, and to share the draft Statewide Transition Plan that describes how South Carolina will come into compliance with the HCBS Rule. These are the follow up meetings to the Informational Meetings held around the state in September and October. Also, changes to some Community Long Term Care (CLTC) waivers (Community Choices and Mechanical Ventilator) will be discussed. See below for more information.
