Transporation Service in Columbia, SC

Dial-A-Ride Transit (DART) service provides transportation to individuals with disabilities that do not allow them to use the COMET fixed route system in Columbia, South Carolina. DART offers curb-to-curb service and advance registration and is a shared-ride transportation system. Reservations may be made for any occasion or purpose and with any frequency. The small buses used for this service are equipped with wheelchair lifts and can accommodate up to four wheelchairs.

One-way trips cost $3.00 each. Only cash and checks are accepted, and tokens may be purchased in advance by calling 803-255-7123. DART service is available Monday-Saturday from 5:30am – 6:30pm. Some service availability may vary by time of day due to location. To make reservations, call 803-255-7123 Monday-Saturday between 9 am and 5 pm.
