Early Interventionist - Upstate Office
I always knew that I had a great passion for working with children. From babysitting and nannying for local families to working in a daycare, my earliest jobs began in childcare. My passion grew even stronger as I graduated from USC Upstate with a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. After graduating, I became a homebound teacher for two precious children with special needs. I spent time in their homes working with them and their families on a one-on-one basis. Homebound soon led me into the schools where I began working as an Autism Support Assistant. It was during this time that I fell in love with being able to work with children and their families, giving them the attention and devotion that they truly deserve. When the opportunity of working as an Early Interventionist for Bright Start presented itself to me, I knew if there was an opportunity I could not refuse. There is nothing more rewarding than being back in the homes, experiencing the growth and development of these sweet children with their families. I am truly blessed to work for Bright Start!
