We can help you connect to services and resources in the community for your loved one. The mission of service coordination is to assist people with disabilities and their families through choice in meeting needs, pursuing possibilities, and achieving life goals.
Bright Start has a long standing relationship with the families with whom we work. You do not have to worry about getting a Service Coordinator who is learning the ropes. All of our Service Coordinators have extensive experience working with families in the field of disabilities. Bright Start has knowledgeable and caring staff who are dedicated to providing services to the children and adults we serve. At Bright Start, family and consumer satisfaction is our number one priority. Bright Start provides extensive service coordination services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Bright Start offers Service Coordination that will:
- Develop a strong relationship with your family where open communication and teamwork are established on a long-term basis
- Assess the needs of your family
- Develop a comprehensive plan for meeting the needs of your family and obtaining needed services
- Assist the family in transitioning a child to school services as well as transitioning a child who is leaving the school system for adult services and job opportunities
- Advocate on behalf of your family member
- Monitor services and supports to ensure services are effective and satisfactory
- Deliver services in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist the individual and family in developing goals and realizing dreams
