I am so happy to have Donna since this August. She seems very experienced in working with children. She is very focused on her work, like what to start to do next with my child, when to start, and how to encourage him to achieve more. She is truly a combination of a physical, occupational, and speech therapist with tons of extra knowledge.

I believe that if every child needing EI would have one like you (Elise), there would be many Kaden’s story. A person as caring and dedicated as you makes all the difference.

I wanted to take a minute and let you know how happy our family has been with Keri Skipper as our service coordinator. She has been an invaluable resource to our entire family and has made a tremendous impact on our quality of life. I too manage a team of people and all too often I don’t think our customers give them the recognition they deserve. Again, I wanted to take a minute out of my busy life and share with you how extremely well she is doing. In fact, I would go as far as to say she has exceeded all of our expectations to date. I’m sure you know this, but she is an incredible asset to your team.

Keri is my Service Coordinator. My only regret is that I did not go with Bright Start immediately. Keri is simply wonderful! She has followed through on everything she brings to the table. Keri is well informed and keeps me updated continuously. She truly does care. We participated in the Fall Pumpkin Patch and I was touched to see so many children and their families there! And you could tell there was a real and personal relationship with them and their EI’s and coordinators. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Keri. She has restored my faith in “the system.” I highly recommend Bright Start as the best for services!

To Whom it May Concern,

I was introduced to Baby Net in June of 2011, as my daughter has a possible speech delay. Pat Lucas came out and did the initial assessment. She was very caring and quite helpful in explaining the program and our options. Our family chose Bright Start as our Early Intervention Program. Tanvi, of Bright Start, met with my family and helped us to generate goals and discuss what we could do to assist Emma (my daughter).

Whitney Brown is the EI assigned to work with my family. We have had such a wonderful experience with her. Emma may have had 5 or 6 words when we started the program. In three short months, she has gained almost 40 words and is making daily progress! Whitney has been the perfect balance of super patient and kind, yet very persistant with Emma. She connected with Emma in a way that no one else has! We have thoroughly enjoyed our meetings with Whitney and will greatly miss her! Whitney, we appreciate you and value your program!
