First of all – after a bad experience with a different EI company – KelLeigh had a speech therapist for Jordison within 24 hours of his first visit. She always comes in ready to have fun, and Jordison always looks forward to her visit. She has been super helpful in getting us providers that work for our family, even if that meant we had to “break up” with existing providers – which she also did for us to save me the headache. She even listens to me vent a little while she’s here – and she has found an OT for us. I know they are tough to come by, but she’s been able to get us set up with one. And she lets me steal all of her Bright Start pens. We love KelLeigh – and we will also need her to be able to keep Jordison on her caseload forever.

“She (Lakeisha Parks) has been the EI for our son, Jacob, since August. He adores her, and it’s obvious she has made an impact on him. She has attended all meetings and she sends home documentation on meetings, including what we need to be working on with him at home. We also keep in touch via phone calls so I can let her know his progress at home as well. If you can’t tell by the words above, we are very happy with Lakeisha and satisfied with how much she has helped our son! ”

Our family has been receiving EI services with Meredith Smith since February of this year. I just wanted to send a quick note to recognize all that she has done for us. She is professional, so kind, and so caring! She always answers our questions (or finds out anything we need to know for us) and takes extra steps to make sure we are comfortable with all that is going on. Our son, Aeden, has greatly improved since seeing Meredith, and we feel that she has honestly provided us with a lifeline to help him succeed. We just wanted to say how much we appreciate all that she does for us. We look forward to her visits every week, and we know that our son just loves her. We certainly wanted Meredith to get the recognition she deserves for being so wonderful to our family!

My husband and I were so pleased with Crystal Clark! She was very professional and so wonderful to work with. We feel our daughter, Grace, received the best services possible. Grace has shown tremendous improvement while working with Crystal.

We had two EIs and were extremely pleased with both! Our EIs always let us know what was available to us. We were kept informed of fun outings that were going on. Our EIs were very flexible and worked with us especially if we had to reschedule due to an illness. We truly felt both of our EIs loved our child and were so eager and excited to see him progress. They both involved our older daughter also, who was always at the EI sessions!

Catherine Woods was our first EI and Melissa Nicholson was our second EI. I can’t say enough wonderful things about both of them. They were so wonderful with our son and he flourished with their instruction. I consider them both friends now and can truly say that they eased the worry that I often felt with Douglas’ delays. Douglas loved them, too! They are great at what they do and have an obvious love for their jobs and our child!

Chelsea is very helpful, she is always open to our necessities, and she is very cooperative. We really like the way Chelsea works with our son. She is very nice with him. She cares about him, and as a family, we really appreciate all the hard work that Chelsea has done for our son. She is more than an EI, she is a friend for us!

I’m so pleased we chose Bright Start. Meredith is great with Jordan. I could not ask for a better person to work with my child. I feel truly blessed to have her in all of our lives.

I would have to say Bright Start is wonderful. My Early Interventionist is awesome! If I have any questions about my child or his autism she is more than happy to answer me and if she doesn’t have an answer she is always more than happy to find my answer by asking some one else at Bright Start or even calling to find out from others as well. She makes sure we have all our paper work in order and that we are on track in getting my child the help he deserves and needs. I am so GREATful to have all the wonderful people at Bright Start to help me and my child. My child has come a long way with their help and I am so proud. The best part of all are the wonderful people at Bright Start!

Lindsay is very, very wonderful. Josh responds very well to her and it gives me peace of mind. Lindsay is always providing me with contacts, printed information and is always looking for more information for Josh. She’s coordinating with the school district on our family’s behalf and it is very much appreciated! Lindsay is always on time and very flexible. We feel that she cares about our child and family and we’re crazy about her too. I’m so encouraged by her careful planning and knowledge. I see the improvement in Josh. We think she is very, very excellent and I am so pleased that Lindsay is Josh’s EI. I wouldn’t trade her for anything!
