Case Manager
Hello, my name is Cindy Kilgore and I am a Case Manager with Bright Start in the Midlands. I was born and raised in Colorado Springs, CO. My husband and I moved to South Carolina in 2016 for his job and have fallen in love with it here. I hold a Bachelors of Science in Human Services Management and have been working in the Human Services arena since 2004 in various capacities. I started my journey in case management in 2013 working with intellectual disabilities, medically fragile, and mental health populations. Since I was a young girl I have always had a strong desire to help others meet their full potential, and I feel honored to have the opportunity to do so with the Bright Start family.
